    @cavemanrich This is the first time I have made it. I just followed the directions (1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water, heat to boiling, then simmer for about 15 minutes until the water is absorbed) then added some butter. I didn't even salt it. I liked it, and that made enough four servings!
