DD’s 1&2 made dinner tonight. Hallelujah! (Look away Bull & Penny.) They made a mushroom, lemon & basil linguini with grass on the side. It was so fresh & yummy & totally different from our normal rotation. Best part was that I didn’t have to make it!

Looks Jummy.
I never ate quinoa. Need to get some and cook it up. Any suggestions as to best prepare it???

This is the first time I have made it. I just followed the directions (1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water, heat to boiling, then simmer for about 15 minutes until the water is absorbed) then added some butter. I didn't even salt it. I liked it, and that made enough four servings!
