Beef is done, I have the juice from tge crock pot in the fridge, will skim off the fat and add back to the meat. I'm sure quite a bit will go in the freezer for future meals.

I had half a burrito for dinner and a small piece of pie for dessert with a glass of milk.

Yesterday we stopped off and had dinner at a place and I had red sauce Manicotti. It was sweet sauce with plain ricotta stuffing. I had to get that taste out of my mind so I made Chard Manicotti!

Here it is plated with salad and home baked sourdough bread

Dessert will be Angel food cake

In the continuing Show Off Your Mug series...

Had a Fiesta here and celebrated 2 B-day's together. I kwik snapped most of the main ingredients. Had a nice gathering, and the weather was Super Nice as well.
Off the Brontosaurs flavor enhanced grill.

Moo Burgers and Turkey Burgers..

Chicken breast topped with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce.

Garden department...... corn was just boiled/cooked....

Kale salad with Baby Toms.

Sweet potatoes.

Brussels sprouts..

Potatoes.

Fruit,,,,, Fiber supposed to be good for you.

Dessert.......... Pineapple upside down cake (home made)

Left,,,,, Strawberry Shortcake,,,,,,, Right,,,,,,, Ice-cream cake. These were B-day parties for 2 adults. Note the Candles (few). We let the Lil Grandchildren do the HONORS of blowing them out.
