I think he got fertilized eggs 1st & hatched them out... He then started breeding them... He hatched about 100 birds this year... I happened to get 4 of the youngest from his preferred breeding stock.... I should be getting 2 more from his next batch of chicks after they're old enough...

Thanks.... They started laying again... They stopped laying the last week of August but the weather finally cooled off a bit & they seem to be doing better... I'm feeding pellets but they don't seem to like them much... I bring them a snack in the evening & they come running like they haven't...

It's a little tight for me to walk in but the nesting box has its own door in the back... The roost will be on the middle & ill hang a feeder & water close to the door....

It's 14 ft x 5 ft x 6 ft tall.....

G Gold partridge are gold around the head & mainly dark the laced have gold flakes all in they're feathers
