We talked. ❤️❤️
I believe the issue was she was getting logged out of the site and was still able to read the threads but unable to respond because she was logged out. She knows to log back in now.
@Ladies-Eight If you want I can call you right now. 😁. Talking might get to the bottom of the issue at hand easier. I can send you my cell number in a private message.
Emails are completely different than reading on the website.
They are two different things.
You must be logged in to the website in order to respond, comment, type a reply.
You can not comment or reply while reading an email from BYC.
You are here on BYC's website now.
This thread is only about stopping getting EMAIL notifications for various different things. Turning off email notifications will not prevent you from visiting the website.
I think you are talking about something completely different. I'm guessing you had...
I am updating the first post of this thread now. I am going to post the updated links right here in a new message for you too.
The first update is this:
Go here and read all of these boxes. This is a picture for my account and I only receive emails when somebody tags / mentions me in a post...
Let's start simple... Are you on a computer, phone or tablet?
I'm thinking I can try to make a video to show you exactly where to go but I would like to know which device you're using first.
You will need to scroll to the bottom of that list...the one in your picture...and click on SHOW ALL WATCHED threads FIRST....then At the top of this list you will have the drop down list like in my picture in post #4 here.
JUST noticed another place to check for emails notifications.
When viewing your WATCHED THREADS list...
look here: (MANAGE WATCHED THREADS drop down box) (Safari Desktop Pic below)
Regardless of the devices you are using to access BYC you all have an "ACCOUNT" section.
In the account section you will need to located 6 different areas. (It's only 6 not 100 ;))
I will list the 6 areas here first then attach pictures of what these areas look like using Safari on a desktop...
