Yes, it was!
I know from own experience that with every passing day you care for an animal it gets harder to come to this decision, but sometimes it is the only thing you can do to stop the suffering when there is no chance for recovery left. :hugs
@KRack : She is living in Pakistan and if it is already too expensive to have the droppings analyzed, I doubt that a complete necropsy would be within her possibilities.
If you cannot get the antibiogram, then just proceed with what you are doing for a few days.
And in case she gets worse, I would put her out of her misery. Maybe a neighbour would be kind enough to do it for you.
Get it analyzed properly. Everything else is just a continuous guessing game. You already treated her with antibiotics, but she might be suffering from a kind of bacteria that did not respond to the one you used.
The green colour of these tiny poop particles is caused by bile and indicates that...
At least 5-7 in her case. It tastes very nice and does not have any bad side effects. Prepare fresh every 3rd day and keep in the refrigerator. The other chickens can have it too.
Warm up to room temperature before feeding it.

From far, we can just try to find out what is wrong by process of elimination.
I hope she will recover.
1.5 kg isnot much, unless she is a bantam.
I would start her on the Moro carrot soup immediateley and in case the shivering persists, give antibiotics. But be aware that in case of a viral infection, the antibiotic treatment will not help.
Let us see what @Eggcessive and @azygous have to say.
How is her bumblefoot looking? The infection from it might have progressed to systemic. You could try some antibiotics and see if it helps.
Are there informations available about actual cases of avian influenza or other viral diseases in you location?
I am not familiar with pharmacy stocks in Pakistan, sorry.
Here are some of the countries listed and the names under which you can get Flubendazole dewormer:

Diarrhea, nutritional defeciencies, weight loss, weakness, feather loss...
It does, but to me it seems that the bumblefoot is not her only problem.
Not laying since May hints to issues of the reproductive tract, which might be cancer, salpingitis, EYP or similar.
Or she might be suffering from a severe tape worm infestation, which needs to be treated with a different...
