She is likely a Brown Leghorn or mix thereof. Those look similar to Welsummer (except more brownish and have white earlobes vs. more salmon and red earlobes) and Leghorns lay white eggs. She doesn't look particularly game-y to me, as she has a layer type body, but it is definitely possible...

Can you get a less blurry photo, with a closer shot of her plummage? Does she have a pattern at all? Right now, she is probably production red, or simply a barnyard mix, but she might possibly be a hatchery Welsummer...but photo is too blurry for me to see if those patterns are present...
