Yes, the ones with the large red combs are your cockerels. Wish you lived closer I could use one of them.

I only have three girls and only one of them is breeding quality and no roosters. Also I am new to breeding. I don't think that I am the right person to start this group.

Yes I realize what it takes to get accepted by the APA. What I was asking is if anybody know if there is a club or group for Isbars and if so what are they breeding for?

I love how well my girls lay and their lovely eggs. I had 5 pullets that I receive directly for GFF last year. One had the wrong comb and laid a white egg. Then I had 4 pullets and one was pecking the feathers out of my other birds. Now I have three pullets one is a lovely blue. One is...

Yes that is true but if I buy a cockerel there is only so much I am going to know about him. So getting the ear color right is one of the things I can look for. I won't really know egg color, egg production or temperament on young cockerel. I don't have any Isbar roosters so I haven't been...

You have such lovely birds. What state are you located in? It looks like you also have a blue cockerel to go with your blue pullets so 25% of their chicks should be black. Are you wanting black pullets, cockerels or both? Also has it been decided what ear color Isbars should have? I have...

My sister is in Portland for the weekend. We lost our cockerel a couple of weeks ago and I am wondering if anyone in the area has an extra Isbar cockerel. Our pullets are about 12 weeks old. If so please PM me. Thanks!

So her tail feathers are coming in white. I assume that would make her a splash.

No feathers under the wing yet only chick down. Thank you for that tip. I haven't heard that before.

I didn't realize it was an Isbar until I e-mailed Jenny and asked her what it was. She didn't happen to mention what color it is though. I am hoping someone here knows. Otherwise I can just wait and be surprised as it feathers out. I am impatient and excited so would prefer to know sooner...

So I received this Isbar chick from GFF last week. What color is it? It's down is grey fading to some black and yellow. I don't think it is a blue so is it black or splash? Thank you for your help.
