Lockdown for my lavender orpingtons today.

I just did a dozen from trader joes, set 11 days after the Julian date. 5 made it into lockdown, 2 hatched but took their sweet time hatching on day 23 and 24. They actually surpassed my expectations since they'd been refrigerated so long. I hope to try this again so I'll be interested to hear...

Adding some Black Copper Marans and Swedish Flower Hens to the mix tomorrow. Also getting some Lavender Orp eggs in the mail next week. I need to block ebay from my computer! Far too easy to buy eggs online.
