It was stringy and translucent white/pink. It didn't have to strong of a flavor but the texture was horrible. It was tough and rubbery.

Alligator, Black Bear, Emu, Goat, Octopus, Ostrich, and Jelly Fish. Any one tried durian (the fruit)? I tried to but couldn't make it past the smell.
