Organic might mean that no chemicals etc were used in raising the apples.....and would not neccissarily mean that it is 'raw' the things to look for is that it contains "mother of vinegar", it is unfiltered and unpasturized.

X2.....thing is to keep them healthy to keep the worm population from overwhelming them. I use 1 TBS per gallon in their drinking water.
