Oh no :( That one also appears to have an under-developed CAM. I'd say don't toss it yet, but it doesn't look good. Are you hand turning or is it in an autoturner? If in an autoturner, I'd be adding a 180 degree turn by hand every day. If hand turning, it might not have been turned enough times...
