Do you have any dusky birds? I think if she was dusky you'd see it popping up in others as well, since the chocolate sure did, lol. Lol, that's funny, silver (as in two copies of blue dilution on an extended black base) is not a new color, and that male is definitely not based on Extended...

Funny, cinnamon is actually lilac dusky mallard. So exactly the same as what we suspect she is but with the added dusky gene. She has eyestripes though right?

Oh lol I forgot she probably only actually has one blue gene. So make that lilac mallard :P

Neither, I don't think. Chocolate would be the name for solid chocolate. Nutmeg is chocolate mallard with no blue dilution genes. I guess I would call her lavender mallard. I'm not sure that there's a name for the color aside from that, lol.

I think that was the theory I came up with on how you got the chocolate ones, right? Lol, it's been awhile since we talked about it. Yeah, she looks very chocolate in these new photos :)
