Calm down, he is fine... it looks like a mild case of angel wing that wasn't corrected when he was younger... it isn't broken, and no, it doesn't cause him pain... the feathers are just twisted so they stick out... severe cases will inhibit their ability to fly and can affect their waterproofing...

Like others said, just give them lots of time to get to know each other... better pics of his wing would help, but it does look like he had angel wing that wasn't corrected... it doesn't hurt them, just the tip of the wing is twisted the wrong way when he folds his wing so they stick out... You...
