    I got some from Bama crossed those with some American ... Culled..... then got some from Joy to bred back in. The birds I have now.. are of my own doing :)

    well.. comb size, thickness of legs, Honestly.. the boys will just look tough.. and robust looking.. They will act different too.. You can't rely on just one thing to sex them ... it is a combination of things... It will take and experience for you to feel comfortable picking out the boys...

    You are going to see a Large...Heavy,... Fluffy bird bird with a a deep chest that blends well into the body... fuller skirt of feathers ... Their Tail sets are higher.. They resemble a teapot to me :) BIG .... Beautiful..... Fluffy.... Smart birds that will steal your heart :) The hens...

    This one appears black but could actually be a dark blue.. can't tell by the pic I am leaning more toward dark blue.

    Your lighting isn't every good.. but I would say the bottom one is a splash. Light not good in this pic either. but there are 3 splash in this photo.

    Well... turning on a bright light helps.. lol The splash are very light in color.. so no trouble spotting those... The blacks and sometimes dark blues are a little harder to tell. Only the blues will have a darker head and neck against a lighter colored body. The blacks will not have that...

    One has to wait to sex these. I sell them as straight run for 15.00 each. I offer them as pairs and trios for more after 3 to 4 weeks old.
