I did eat better the rest of today! I had an oatmeal breakfast bar and coffee this morning and leftover stirfried shrimp with macaroni salad and a diet drink fo rlunch and then about a 1/3 of this ice cream for my supper (no one's home but me so I don't have to worry about who is eating what...
I guess I have to say so long on this thread because I fell off the wagon and am sitting here with the whole container of Edy's Take the Cake Ice Cream and a spoon!! At least it is "half the fat"......
mmmmm, 1/2 a scrambled egg sandwich (shared the other half with a co-worker), 2 cups of coffee w/ creamer, chicken salad sandwich and a few chips, diet pepsi (yes, gotta have it!!) sweet tea and a bag of popcorn...maybe some stirfry shrimp later.
Probably shouldn't admit to the 15 or 20 hershey's kisses I ate today!! Supper will be fried rice with my leftover pork loin, eggs, leeks, rice. Sweet tea
Goo job April, wow, thats alot of weight loss!!! Coffee with only creamer and a quaker oatmeal breakfast cookie for breakfast.....probably that leftover stirfry (rice, veggies and a teeny bit of meat) for lunch w/ a diet pepsi.
