Lisa followed James quietly, thinking.

Lisa nodded and went to her room, quickly grabbing her weapons and putting them on. She returned to James and the female. "Let's go."

Lisa nodded and turned to call a guard over to take the male. "Have a medic look at his arm" she told the guard then looked back to James 'I need to get my weapons'

'We have to get more information.' Lisa thought a moment 'How about we leave the male here, and get the female to show us where she was when the animals changed.'

"Be still a moment." Lisa said and looked to James to help establish the connection. 'This is not good. The black witch may be trying to get the vampires to attack everyone and weaken us.' ( pretend italics I'm on phone)

Lisa looked to James, worried. She didn't want to say anything even hinting at their plan in front of the bats.

"James" Lisa said laying a hand on his arm gently then she looked back to the female. "What do you mean mutated?"

"What do you mean?" Lisa asked her

"What happened to the animals they usually eat?" Lisa asked, looking to the bats

Lisa was in her room, but came out to James when the spirit found her.

"thank you." Vera said and smiled. She watched him take the two bats away

Vera smiled "ok, I have to clean up this mess."

"yes, I,m alright." Vera said, walking over to him.

Vera sighed and stood up from her defensive crouch. "They came in as children and asked for candy. Then revealed themselves and attacked me.

Vera dropped down and put the crossbow on the floor, drawing her knives again.

(Ok, bye) Vera fired the bow at them.

Vera moved back against the wall, watching them. She ignored the small scratch on her arm and put one knife away so she could grab the crossbow off the shelf beside her.

"LET GO" Vera screamed, slicing at him with the knife in her other hand.

Vera kept her knives moving defensively as she moved backwards towards the counter. She wanted to get to the swords kept back there, some of which were magical. "Get out, now." She said to them "You are not welcome in my store, no one who attacks me is."

"No" Vera stepped back and pulled her knifes out, twirling them to keep the two at bay.
