Unfortunately I don’t think I can get more than one pool but when I see them fighting (black duck attacking other duck) I usually try to stop it. I know it probably can be fully removed from their system (it’s dux) but I try to discourage it

In their small pool the black duck will dive once then fly out and they’ll both run around the pool in circles with their wings outstretched lol

They like to chase off tiny birds that come around here. They’ll slowly walk in their direction pretending to look at something else then charge at the little bird until it goes away.

I brought out their small pool today… it was halfway empty in less than 10 minutes XD

i would probably try that but i cant see a nest anywhere. no holes in the ground, no paper hives hanging down. there was an old one the other day, but that was from a few years back.

The Saxony shows sings of wanting to be a thief… it’s all friendly with me and then throws its head into my pocket… :D. Once it found mealworms in there so it must think it’ll be a successful job

New (possible issue): Wasps have slowly been gathering around the coop O.o (1 big one and 1-2 smaller ones)

when mine had their small pool it would be halfway empty by night (filled at morning) when they were still small. but it would probably go down all the way now because the saxony is getting heavy now

Is it normal with two drakes?

Btw today a bit ago the black duck mounted the other duck. It’s head went underwater and it started panicking O.o
