Yeah, we're getting a bunch of pullets and several cockerels in black, and my DD wants to get some bantams (including a few Cochin girls) for her bantam Cochin roo. I've never heard of white Minorca

I'm still working on getting them; looks like I'm going to have to wait until January. But the girls I have are slowing down. Less daylight and it's been overcast here. I expect them to pick up now that the cold front has moved through and it's been sunny for two days straight.

We're trying to get out of the habit of naming chickens (getting several of the same breed at the same time should help). I hope I get some chickens that are as good as your El Cid. =)
