Well.... I haven't noticed anything different between kindling large breed litters and dwarf litters. The babies definitely grow faster :) I would personally wait until spring, unless you want to kindle them inside (like i do)
My doe kindled while i was gone today... 8 beautiful little kits. They all died. Her box wasn't secure enough, and i guess she accidentally flipped them out. She has great mothering instincts though, and i hope to re breed her soon.
Soooo.... My doe is due tomorrow!!!! She hasn't built a nest yet though. She also has been using her nestbox as a litterbox. Does anybody know why she's not nesting? She IS pregnant, I can feel little babies in there :)
