I would keep giving the turmeric daily. You can just put that on her feed so thats pretty simple. Then soak a bandage in some calendula, wrap with that and leave it for a few days.
I also want to add that Mycoplasma is a respiratory infection. An infection that causes respiratory issues such a sneezing, coughing, etc, etc. I don't think that is what is going on here. I think that there is leftover swelling from bumble foot surgery, or there was a bit of bumble left over...
The pad looks good, nice work! The swelling is a concern. Is there any heat coming from that foot? I would try turmeric, how often are you doing epsom soaks?

Can you post photos of the bottom of the foot? I would not use hydrogen peroxide. It kills the healthy issue. I would also apply a drawing salve, or calendula oil. Calendula oil/tincture is fantastic for infection, I've used it on infected lacerations myself, worked wonders! For swelling, I...
