The majority of my students come from homes where buying a 5th of booze is more important than having school supplies or decent food on the table. In addition to making ornaments for our trade here they made them to take home. A couple were told that their ornaments were to "cheap" to hang on...

It MORE than counts! No one should feel badly because some sent more than others. We signed for an ornament exchange and it was never said you had to send more than one, that was personal choice. I just love my ornaments and I'm thrilled to have been able to take part in this exchange...
I still have two from my classroom that haven't been logged in yet. I just sent PMs to them to reassure them that they are on the way. We had to send ours regular parcel because the budget wouldn't cover Priority. I'm sorry they are taking longer, but I hope you'll love them when they get there!

Just read that to the kids, they say Merry Christmas and are just tickled to death that everyone getting their ornaments value them. I just wish their parents and families valued them as much.
Brought them to school this morning and the whole office staff just fawned all over them! They suggested I hang our icicles and stuffed chickies on the office tree in the front of the building!
Yes they are a dozen and I brought them to school to use on our class tree. We can't call it a Christmas tree, it's a Holiday or Winter tree, the kids adore them.
