Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.

To me, it seems the poor dear is failing. She may perk back up again for a short period of time with fluids, meds, etc. Hard to know.
Curling of the toes like that, I've seen this in hens that are still trying to hang in there but they are not long for this world.
Personally, I would not...
I wouldn't take her off the roost if she put herself up there. They usually get in a position or place where they feel most comfortable.
I would try the antibiotic as suggested to see if that helps with infection. I'd also get some extra calcium into her and see that she's drinking well and...
Actually I'd be inclined to leave her as is for a while longer since she's doing so well. If you do decide to make some changes to her sleep/wake cycle, then make the change gradual.

You have done a wonderful job taking care of her and given her your heart.

If you want to give vitamin therapy, I would get a bottle of human B-Complex from Walmart, CVS, etc. and give her 1/4 tablet daily. Since she's...
Welcome To BYC
If you think the vet will see her, then take along with you and ask for an XRay to rule out any breaks/injuries.
Do check to make sure the hen's crop is emptying overnight. Work on hydration and her eating as well.
There are many things that can affect chickens. Marek's is...
