So they think she may have a blockage in the small intestine? Did they try giving a flush to see if that would help move any material through the digestive system?

Thrush is caused by Candida, so I'm sure the Vet will treat her with an anti-fungal/yeast medication. Probably Nystatin, but there's other medications that they may determine will be more effective.
