How are they doing now @superduckrescue ? Have you made any changes to the water since the episodes?

This is important too. If you're concerned about toxic tap water, don't add conditioners to the water: get an outside source of water.

Put a case of bottled water out in the sun to warm it & use that as your drinking water? I've also seen ducklings get 'shocked' by cold water, so it's always best to warm the water beforehand if at all possible.
