    tiff - I know Rural king has a 25 chick minimum and they do sell sexed chicks. When i only want a few of a certain kind they have, go in on a Saturday morning and hang out by the chicks. Eavesdrop on conversations and you can usually find someone else who doesn't want 25 then you approach them...

    Oh that reminds me. I have 3 hive bodies I got 2 years ago that I STILL have to scrape, repair and repaint. But I couldn't pass them up. Three complete hives with the frames for $25.00???? I haven't had bees in a few years so I'm thinking I need to get busy.
