    Your ISA browns probable weighs 5-6 pounds. Dose is 4.54 mg per pound according to my vet books.

    The tapeworm dose is 10-20 mg praziquantel per kilogram, so an average 5 pound hen would need ~23 mg. Those pils contain only 4 mg praziquantel, so a five pound hen would get 6 pills (24 mg), then you repeat that in 10-14 days.

    They look like tape segments to me, and chickens can get different types of tapes, so maybe it's not the "common" one?

    No eggs now, then add 4 weeks after your second treatment, or ignore withdrawal, lol.

    No withdrawal for Corid, but there is for the other two. I think one vet on a Facebook page said that withdrawal when using ivermectin is 28 days, and it's probably the same for praziquantel.

    Giving a vitamin with thiamine could render the Corid ineffective, so I would wait.
