I've gone to many a friends house to help them with their birds, LOL. You are not alone. We all started out somewhere in the wimp department. I was afraid of needles, now chickens have me giving shots, setting broken bones, mending toes , squeezing junk I'd never thought I'd stomach , LOL

You did good with the wrap, just keep an eye on her and make sure it doesn't tighten up too much. Sometimes Vet wrap shrinks. She should do just fine. Chickens learn to adapt rather quickly.
Yah, it looked a little red, LOL They all will flip out over being wrapped. Wait till you have a splayed leg chick, they go nuts at first when you put a strattle on them, then they calm down...
So the slipped tendon is on the lower part of her leg?...
I second the Vet Wrap, you can find it almost always were they carry horse supply's. Try to slip it back in place, then wrap it firm but not tightly with the Vet wrap. I'd give her a shot, she might grow out of it.
