I would invite you to look around at the various BYC Silverudd Blue/ Isbar threads, as well as FB pages about this breed, before you order.
There are differences with the different imports and you want to get what is the best fit for what you want out of having this breed.
I did a photo shoot yesterday in honor of the first sunny day in a while. Took way more pictures than anyone probably wants to see, but here are a few.
If you don't find anyone nearby, you might consider getting chicks shipped instead of eggs. The weather in Texas will be getting hot soon though, so if you want chicks before fall, you would have to do it really quickly.
This weeks hatch was all splash. These are the newest babies today at 1 and 2 days old. Notice the dark eyes and dark legs (willow on splash). These guys are from first import stock.
I've got to decide who stays and who goes. This has been a VERY difficult choice. Comments?
