You're getting great advice. Opening the lid to take the chick out could potentially have ruined the rest of your hatch. Keep it closed and hope for the best. Opening it during pip stage can be especially devastating to the hatch. Your chick is very cute..I hope it gets some friends soon...

If you set your eggs on a Saturday, they should hatch on the same day if temp and humidity were proper during the entire incubation process. Today is day 21 for you. If temp was a little low, they may hatch late. Hang in there and give them time. Good luck. Jody
