the one that pipped last night hatched about 30 minutes ago so I know it has 1 friend

there are 4 total. I cracked the other eggs open and out of 14 eggs 4 hatched. 1 died trying to hatch still had egg sack. the other 9 3 of them had died early in incubation the others were dead in the shell fully formed with feathers one had the yolk sack already asorbed 2 the inner membrane was completely dried out and stuck to the chicks the rest of them still had yolk sacks and very wet. I just don't understand what happened. the ones that hatched I had to help 2 out of their shells they were turned sideways in the egg doubled into didn't even have their heads under their wing. and they were so tiny alot smaller than the other two. all the eggs were pullet eggs. don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. I have hatched pullet eggs before and this didn't happen. But this is the first batch of shipped eggs that I have ever done.

I ordered me some chicks last night from Ideal
8 delaware pullets
2 cockerels

5 buff orpington pullets
3 easter eggers

3 white leghorns
they are suppose to ship wednesday
