It was raining at home when I left this morning but a quick call to augusta confirmed it was not there.
we had a good turn out of sellers but not so good of buyers. many of the people that came didn't know it was going on.
I sold the 2 chickens that I did not bring, seller is come up tomorrow...

but someone could buy 2 from you and 4 from someone else. equalling 6. if they are living in augusta, they can only have 3 chickens- how odd the 6 chick /3 chicken rule to be in the same city.
I will also have BYC stuff and plan to wear my name tag (Hoppy) so other BYCer can find me- anyone else going to have a BYC name tag??
make sure to bring boxes to send home chickens in. you don't have to have them but it helps.

you show up with or without chickens . you sell what you have or buy what others are offering if you like what they have.
it's more of a "sale" then a trade. you also can bring other stuff too. farm related, rabbits, poultry, the like.
I am bringing stepping stone and memorial stones...

I agree with Sundays too.
Planning on going too. Any registrations or fees necessary?
no fees were listed on the sign. being put on by tractor supply themselves.
maybe we should plan a swap for a sunday. that seems to be a better day. the windsor swap was a huge sucess for the club and vendors alike. that was on a sunday.
here is what I am bringing unless it sells before that date:
3 light sussex
3 wyandottes (2 columbian, 1 white, 4-5 blue laced reds)
2 black copper marans
1 splash silkie-SOLD
I will also sell these prior to the sale if you want them. just pm me
just saw this:
july 10th 8-2 tractor supply in augusta
420 CIVIC CENTER DR - AUGUSTA ME 04330

**rain or shine** this is a farming swap/ chicken swap
