YAY!! One thing you might do is to leave the egg in the nesting box...it seemed to trigger my other girls to start in...dunno, just thought it helped!!

Are your girls doing the "submissive squat" for you? Reddening of the comb/wattles and doing the squat ensures that your girls are very close to laying...good luck!
