    So are there daytime temps that make you keep your chickens in the coop? I started another post asking but it almost makes more sense to add it in here. It is 3 now no wind and my groups wanted out. They werent taking no for an answer today!!!! What about yours???

    I have 11 bantams ranging from my tiny Silkie to my big EEx so far so good. They have a light, regular not heated, that comes on in the early am and again in the late afternoon. My husband wants me to get a therm. to put out there. I think that is a bad idea....if i know how cold it is Im liable...
