Its possible it was born with a vitamin deficiency or has a neurological issue. No sure way to tell

We hatch and raise chicks all the time. On a more uncommon occasion, I get weak ones. There is just not much you can do after even offering electrolyte and vitamins. They just don't make it :/

I dont want to sound negative, but Unfortunately chicks like this sometimes are just born weak and unwell. You can certainly try the electrolyte and nutridrench and hope for the best. Usually they don't make it at this point, but I hope your little one makes it.
