it feels horrid because you cant tell whats happening, but if the blood vessels aren't bleeding then the yolk should be absorbed, I THINK the only problem would be the chick doesn't absorb all the blood from the vessels. dont know if this will help but you can see how much i opened the tiny green bit near the deepest opened shell is the little beak. This is the only pic I took.

any bleeding?....keep taking off shell you might be able to find it. look for any sign of a damp membrane
