Sorry about your troubles. Looks like foul pox. I don't know anything about it other than it has no known cure, but there are some home remedies said to work. Here are some sites to help:

How is your hen doing? what treatment did you use? I am curious about what works.

We isolated her and fed her the boiled crushed eggs. She wasn't much interested at first, but did eat them. We will wait on the antibiotics because they will only help with any secondary infections. But she is doing much better and seems to be improving. The guy at the feed store said he's seen more cases this year than last and blames the rain because of the standing water.
