Egg bound!! Need help quick!

Lila the almost 2 year old hen has been egg bound 3 times but but now she has 4 times. Many months ago was the last time she was egg bound and niw she is egg biund again. :( weird clear liquid is coming from her vent its alittle yellowish. She is very lethargic and closes her eyes alot. How can i help her quick? It is cold here so i dont kniw if i should soak her in warm water like i usualy do.
 
I don't really know what to do but keep her comfortable and warm
I have seen that sometimes when hens lay eggs some of them will have liquid come out their butt when the egg comes out.
 
Also the liquid that came out of her looks like the egg white part?!
 
Do you know if giving her Tums is ok? Thanks for the responces

And how is she doing after the warm bath?
 
I hope an egg didn't brake in her :( I would have no idea how to get the shell out. Here's a picture of her in her warm bath.

she is no different after her bath, I gave her about half of a calcium pill and put her in a nesting box. She seems very tierd and lethargic.
