Help! Lice or mites on mama hen and babies

I'm almost positive that I have a lice or mite problem in my flock. My mama hen and babies would also be infected. Babies are 3 days old. PLEASE help what do i do???? What is the easiest way to fix this???????

I use poultry dust with permethrin.

The chicks are too small to dose with any type of ivermectin.
