I have a young Royal Palm gobbler who has a "feathers all out of place" looking wing but he still flies, struts, breeds, gobbles and fights with the rest of them so I guess it ain't gonna kill him.

My turkey poult walks around with his wings slightly dropped on either side. Is your's doing something like that? I've seen turkeys walk around that ways sometimes its like he's showing off. But it only lasts for a little bit and then he pulls thems back up again. When i first saw him doing it I panicked beacuse he looks so different when he does that amd the chicks really don't ever do that.

Sorry I can't be of more help

Two of my five poults had wing feathers that did that at first but are now completely normal. They are slightly different ages and I noticed it happened right when the primary feathers were grown in to a certain length. After they were all the way in, they lay correctly

It seems to just be temporary.

My turkey baby has one out of place also..I think its just that they are not aligned yet..they grow in and its not laying flat yet where its suppose to be at.
I wouldnt worry to much about it to be honest.
My guinea keets look like the same right now also. Makes em look like they just crawled out of bed without combing their hair.
Molting time is ugly time

Angel wing happens in waterfowl, not turkeys. Your poult is fine it's just the primary flight feathers growing in, the rest of the feathers will catch up. At five days old you can remove the paper and go to pine shavings, a smooth surface like the paper for to long will cause leg problems.

Hey this is what mine looks like - so you think that my poult is ok? its only happening one one side not the other.
