Hello everyone:

This is one of my white yokohama coming from cackle hatchery. He has a year and a half old and the tail measures 40 inches long. If anyone has pictures of the Red shoulder and Silver duckwing Yokohamas that are from cackle hatchery will be thankful.

That bird I awesome!!! Question; so this breed is the same as “Phoenix ” because they claim to reach up to 20 feet; anybody have pictures or documents about this?

They arent the same breed as the Pheonix and i think the statement is false about the Pheonixes i believe that its the Ogandori whos tails get up to 20 feet.

That is correct. Phoenix and Yokos are not the same breed. And phoenix do not get 20ft long tails, ( A well bred phoenix could get a 3-4 ft long tail with good care). Japanese Onagadori are the only ones that can get tails up to 20ft long and that reguires EXSTREAM maintainance and care.

Hi:

Thanks for the expressions and comments.

I had some Phoenix and have not reached 30 inches. I'm very lucky that Yokohama has 40 inches from a hatchery.
