Easiest way to sex japanese quails?

does anyone know an easy way on how to tell the difference between a male and a female japanese quail? And what age could they be sexed?
 
A 30 pack and a comfortable lawn chair! You can stick your fingers into their...nether regions if you like....I don't judge people.
 
Males and females of the brown, golden, or cinnamon varieties can be sexed around 3-4 weeks old by the presence (for females) or lack of (for males) spotted breast feathers. Any other color has to be vent sexed. The link posted above shows pictures of what to look for as far as sexing a 'mature' male/female, but quaillady's site ( www.stellargamebirds.com ) also shows pictures of what the vent is supposed to look like for each sex so you can check them much earlier or when they are not 'in season'.
