My husband and I along with a few of our employees built our first coop this past spring....large enough for up to 50 chickens and we have 42 at the moment ( I am always looking for some new varieties) so I still have room for a few more!
then we built a duck/goose house....and I thought I'd get creative with the roof!

I'll get some pics of mine soon. Mine is the chicken ghetto compared although it is clean and I have very happy chickens.

here is my 8ft x 8ft amish built chicken coop to house 22 chickens of mine and i am not yet done with but it will be super nice once we are, my husband and i done the inside of what you see now and like i said is not done yet, i also done a homemade light for the coop out of a old metal chicken feeder witch in my case is cool,i have no insulation in my coop but i do have a 12" wind turbine on the top and about 2 or 3 vents as well, do to where i live it gets really hot in the summer and our winters are not bad at all, but here is my coop and i hope u all like it
