Ok. Time to tone it down a bit from my usual posts and go back to chicken ranching. This past year I rased 1 dark cornish roo and two Dark Cornish Hens.

Well, well, well. I forgot we have three white plymoth rock hens and of course he "surfed" them and BINGO! our own version of cornish cross.Here is a small list of crosses.If you have names for the crosses,please post for me.I will take pics this weekend:

Dark Cornish Roo with Rhode Island Red Hen = ?
Dark Cornish Roo with Bared Rock Hen =?
Dark Cornish Roo with White Plymoth Rock Hen =?
Dark Cornish Roo with Amber Link Hen =?
Dark Cornish Roo with Black Sex Link Hen =?

Good thing you don't have any Jersey Giant hens, because that would be a "Corn as High as a Elephant's Eye" cross!
