So I broke down and built an incubator yesterday.
Parts list :
Old Coleman cooler
zoo-med hygrotherm digital temp controller
ceramic base clamp-lamp light fixture w/ clamp
red incandescent heat bulb
12v pc fan
12v power source
lexan for the window
2 steel L brackets for mounting
Thats the parts.
After about an hour we have this:
Yes the only pc fan I could get was a blue lit one.
Sawzall to cut out the window, drill to mount the brackets for the fan.
The bulb is held in place by the modified clamp lamp clamp, run through the side of the cooler.
