Can anyone here with a Brinsea model incubator (probably an Oct 20 Adv.) show me what the following look like and how well they work? I sent an email to Brinsea about the metal dividers for my Oct 20 Eco, how they were twisted and snapped when I tried to untwist them - don't get me wrong, I love my Brinsea - had great success with it. Anyway, I had asked Brinsea about the foam inserts and the response I got from Brinsea is below. I wondered if anyone here was using these parts and could post a picture of them:

I am having trouble picturing this... Any input appreciated.
