The BYC Staff is always keeping an eye on our helpful, active, friendly, and level-headed members to see if they would be good fits as BYC Moderators. We often have a lot of peeps we feel would meet the requirements, so we'll often watch some members for months (or longer) and then shoot them an invite to see if they are interested. Well after much discussion, research, and stalking we've invited sumi to be the newest member of our team and she gladly accepted the invitation! We put all our moderators through our rigorous interview process and she passed with flying colors!
