Here's a picture of my 4 week old BLR Wyandotte chicks:
I *think* there are 2 pullets and 3 cockerels. If you count them 1 through 5 from left to right, I think #1 and #5 (the smaller one in the back) are females. I am basing that mostly on when their combs darkened.
How do I determine which ones to keep? Is #4 the only black laced one or is it blue? I feel silly asking that question, but they all start to look the same to me. I took a picture of the chest feathers on #4 and on the camera they looked black.
I have another 5 coming this week, but I don't know which of these to keep. I can provide more pictures if that would help!
