This is 7:50 video of me cleaning my coop. This is a non-stop video to show how I can thoroughly clean my coop in less then 10 minutes. I bought a few mesh baskets from the office supply store. These work great because they are bigger then screen but smaller then 1/4" hardware cloth. At first I was using the hardware cloth but a lot of poop was getting thru. A few months ago before I started, one of my big concerns was, how long it was going to take to clean on a daily basis. Well now after two weeks I can say cleaning is a breeze. I let it go 3 days and it wasn't too bad at all. ENJOY ...
 
Cool! The key is the glove to push the sand in the tray without loosing the poop you've already collected.

I hope you boiled your sunglasses. :)

What type of sand do you use? Yours is much deeper than mine. You sand looks finer than what I used.

Do you have 100% sweet pdz in your poop tray?

The sand was called "double washed" it feels like beach sand.

Yes, 100% PDZ in the poop tray. Also about 10% of the floor is Sweet PDZ.
