Sorry this is so late, but I did find a bit more info on that "no crow necklace". The lady doesn't really own a business really, its more of her finding something that worked for her and is helping out local friends and farmers by making and selling them some. They are 7$, one buck shipping and they are made out of this soft fabric and velcro. You fit it to the Roosters neck but allow about enough room to fit one-two fingers in between the roosters neck and the collar. In order for a rooster to crow loudly, it needs a part of its neck to expand and fill with air. What this collar does is it goes around that part of their neck and it limits the amount of air it lets in. This means that rooster can still crow, but not nearly as loud. With this being said, it is just enough sound to satisfy the rooster, yet keep you out of trouble with the neighbors. It also allows the rooster to make simple noises and grunts as the other hens do, only the crow is muffled. Also, as for sizing, they come in all different sizes, when ordering however, you tell her the breed of your chicken and she can estimate the size from the average size of the chickens.
